1974 Plymouth Road Runner 360
The E58 360 gave the 1974 Road Runner a high-performance LA-series small-block with a four-barrel carburetor and dual exhaust. It was rated at 245 net horsepower and 320 lb-ft, and the L in the VIN's fifth position identifies this factory engine path.
The 360 could be ordered with an A833 four-speed manual or a TorqueFlite automatic. A documented RM21L4G survivor provides a useful configuration example, but its axle, Track Pak, brakes, bucket seats, console, paint, and other equipment remain evidence for that car rather than defaults for every Road Runner 360.
Plymouth's 1974 Satellite-family literature supports the Road Runner's body, trim, interior, brake, and chassis context. Sixteen model-year Plymouth colors are recorded from the corrected factory color-and-trim source. Exact color and stripe combinations still require the individual car's fender tag and broadcast sheet.
