Mercury's September 15, 1966 AMA sheet specifies power front discs as part of the 390-4V GT column. The system has 361 square inches total swept area, a 0.938-inch master-cylinder bore, 4.04 inches available pedal travel, 1,200 psi line pressure at a 100-pound pedal load, and 0.005-inch clearance. These engineering values do not supply complete caliper, booster, line, drum, running-change, or individual-car identifiers.
