Story
1993 Chevrolet Camaro 1LE
The fourth-generation 1LE retained a handling-focused factory package. Contemporary reporting identifies revised damping, bushings and stabilizer bars. It should not be confused with the base V6 Camaro or later 1LE revisions.
Documented configuration
A photographed factory manifest for an exact-1993 Z28 coupe lists both LT1 and 1LE. Its matching window sticker documents the six-speed manual. These establish a real configuration, not a claim that every 1993 1LE had the same options or that automatic examples were unavailable. Engine figures follow GM's exact-year LT1 specification; 350 CID is factory stated, not a nominal-liter conversion.
Remaining evidence
Package-wide transmission and final-drive restrictions, production totals and complete comfort-equipment rules remain open. Later-year ordering rules and Corvette engine ratings are not substituted. An exact-year exterior with verified reuse rights is still pending; document photos are research evidence only.
