2003 Pontiac Vibe GT
Pontiac's 2003 specification sheet separates the Vibe GT from the standard Vibe and the Vibe AWD. The GT combines the high-output 1.8-liter DOHC four-cylinder with a six-speed manual and front-wheel drive. Neither the ordinary Vibe's five-speed manual nor the AWD model's four-speed automatic belongs in this GT configuration.
Source boundaries
Output ratings follow the GT engine box in Pontiac's specification sheet. The 110-CID field is a rounded conversion of the stated nominal 1.8 liters, not a factory-stated exact displacement. Engine supplier/code, fuel-system details and final-drive ratio remain unresolved in this review. Four-wheel ABS does not by itself establish the brake hardware at each axle. Acceleration, production totals and later model-year output ratings are not asserted.
