About Classic Muscle
Classic Muscle brings together vehicle specifications, period evidence, production records and sources to help readers research classic performance cars. The aim is to make a claim traceable, including the limits of what its source establishes.
Who builds this site
Classic Muscle is built by Data Relativity. Data Relativity is also the editorial organization responsible for research corrections. The site uses the Classic Muscle Editorial label for its editorial presentation. That label is not the name of an independent vehicle inspector or a specialist certification.
Research, extraction and drafting use automated tools, including AI. Readers should follow the cited documents and qualification notes rather than interpret an editorial label as proof that a person inspected a vehicle or independently verified every claim.
What the evidence can tell you
A factory document can describe offered equipment; a road test records a particular test; a registry can report the cars or records it covers. Those sources answer different questions. A photograph of a restored car does not establish its original engine, options or ownership history.
Read how we check the record for source matching, rating conventions and a production-count example. Page review dates, source dates and individual market observations have different meanings. The review and correction history provides additional context for changes.
Help correct the record
Public submission intake is currently unavailable. You can browse evidence requests and check submission availability and privacy information.
A useful correction identifies the car page, the exact claim, the proposed correction and its supporting source. Include the document title, date and page or table number where possible. For an image, include the creator, usage permission and what is known about the car pictured.
A contribution needs review before it changes a public page. Keep original documents and separate what they state from what you infer; unresolved details should remain visible as uncertainties.
